Open up adobe photshop and go to File-New- and then Blank File
Set Width to 544 pixels and the height to 468 pixels and make sure that the color mode is on RGB Color
Find 2 pics and position your first picture to the left side of your file like so

Now paste your second picture on the file and put it to the right side of the file but remeber to ovarlap the pictures which means Make sure the second picture is kind of on top of the first picture.Here's the example =).

Now let's move on to the Lasso Tool.The Lasso Tool is the easist way to blend images.All you need to know and where it is is on this pic so please dag it to your address bar=).

Now use your Lasso Tool and trace out the parts of the pics you would like blend.
*Note that you please have your second layer clicked on which is your second pic and that the lasso tool has a feather of 20.

Now Click Delete. As you can see the image is starting to fade where you outlined with the lasso tool.Keep clicking delete until you are satisfied with the blending.
*Note that I am talking about clicking the delete button on your keyboard.The delete button may also be known as the backspace key.
Here's my blended image.

Now add some pretty text and here is my outcome of the blend=).

*Note that i will not be downloading the brushes i will be using the stamps
Go to the site that you are getting the stamps from.I will be going to to swimchick.Right under where your stamp is click on the link that says stamp.
*Also note that if the stamp you want does not have the stamp link you may also click on the preview of the stamp.
*Not all brushes have stamps
These are the brushes i will be using.Copy the brushes you will be using.

Go to photoshop and go to File-New-Blank File.Photoshop will already have the shape of your document so you don't have to worry about that but remember that you must have your document of RGB Color
Edit and paste your brush on the document
Now take out your lasso tool and make sure the feather is on 0px
Pick out the brush you want and cut around it, it should come out like this

Now press delete
*Note that I am talking about clicking the delete button on your keyboard.The delete button may also be known as the backspace key.
Now it should of come out like this

Now just go to Edit-Define Brush-OkNow just check your brushes and the brush you added should be there
*Note that you should always credit the the person that made the brush that you used

Open up Photoshop and then go to File-New-Blank File
It doesn't really matter what size the file is.
Remember to make sure that the file is on RBB COLOR
Write out your text in any font,color, or size you want
Here is mine

Now look at you Text Tool Bar.There should be a square with a red x going through it.
Click on it
*Note that you can just click on the square or just click the small arrow next to it.
Another new small toolbox will appear like so

Now you can click on any style of square on you smaller toolbox.
*Note that you can experiment with any of the styles until you find one that you like.Also you can see what the affects look like on your text.
When you find one that you like your text should have a pop out affect.
